Went here for the first time today and after reading the reviews I was scared to try it but I actually was very impressed.
    The employees were very nice.
The restaurant was very clean, food area as well and even the bathrooms.
The food was pretty good also, warm and had a huge variety to chose from.

There is something for everyone. A bit of American and tons of BBQ, SeaFood and Asian food. Very good for the price. Only 9.99 plus tax for lunch buffet.

The photos are of some gross lady that sat next to us with her kids and they made this giant mess and did not leave a tip of the waiter. Disgusting people.

Food was cold and undercooked even after it being a Sunday rush . We talked to the owner about it and she said "it has to be fresh look how busy it is" and when I told her it wasn't fresh she said "so are you gonna pay or not... whatever just leave." Very rude, horrible service, DISGUSTING FOOD!!

Worst most disgusting abomination of a restaurant. I would rather eat the junk in between all of the homeless people of Yuba City's toes than dare attempt to partake in this establishment's excuse for food.

Firstly, I do understand that people believe that buffets have lower quality food. That's wrong. You shouldn't expect to pay the price for a meal and not get quality food. Speaking of,

    The Food:
The seafood tastes like it's been fished out of the Feather.

The fried foods, from frozen, are bland and tasteless.

The sushi specifically was inedible, there was sashimi and the fish was a limp orange hue.

The chicken, frog, yes frog, and beef entrees were nothing to admire, they didn't taste good. They didn't taste like anything at all.

The only flavor you can expect to taste here is fishy. Everything else is bland beyond description.

The Cleanliness, or Lack there of:
This restaurant is completely and utterly dirty. To find a clean-ish plate, I was forced to fish through piles of disorganized plastic plates to find a single still wet, cup and plate. This shouldn't be an issue. Wash your plates, how are so many of them so filthy?

The Atmosphere: this restaurant isn't meant to be vibrant or interesting, but I used to go here before it was called Tasty Buffet, and it was Yuba Buffet. They had a nice Koi pond in the front that I was always keen to appreciate, of course now the Koi pond is completely empty, how ghetto.

The food and the restaurant have drastically diminished. I asked my parents and grandparents for clarity to ensure it wasn't my young mind enjoying food that wasn't good. Everything here was atrocious, and if Yuba City's restaurants were more scrutinized for cleanliness I know, for a fact that this restaurant would be shut down.

    My ending remarks:
You may think I'm exaggerating, but I struggled to find a single item that I found appetizing, even the egg drop soup, a nostalgic meal from my childhood, was astonishingly disgusting.

The best part of my meal was ending it early. My favorite item was the fortune cookie that was packaged and picked from a container. Here's your fortune: Don't go here.
